| "Do you ever feel like breaking down? Do you ever feel out of place? Like somehow you just don't belong And no one understands you...." Welcome to my life.

| So this whole working all the time thing really sucks. | | |
| Being sick in the summer sucks. Well being sick in general sucks. : ( My voice is still gone and it's getting quite annoying. It was cool at first because i've never lost my voice before but now it's just stupid. Sigh. Oh well, hopefully I'll get better soon. I think I shall ride my bike today. Who knows where, maybe some place far far away. Do you ever just wish you could go some place new and start over? ...I do. | | |
| Let me share with you all the wonderful adventures of my day: I woke up at like 10:15, got up took a shower, blow dryed and straightened my hair, ate some breakfast, checked my e-mail, then talked to Hannah on gmail about what we were going to do today. We decided that we should go for a bike ride. So Hannah picked me up and we went to Julie's house to borrow a bike for me to ride. Due to the fact that Hannah and I have mad skill we sucessfully got the bike into Hannah's car. Then we were off to Hannah's house to get her bike and go for our bike ride. Oh, side note....about this bike that I got from Julie...it was kind of tiny, haha we decided that I didn't really need to peddle I could just use my feet like the flinstones. Anyways so Hannah and I are riding are bikes and it's fun, we decided to go down into the metroparks and go toward school. So we're biking and it starts rainning, it wasn't too bad at first...then it started to rain harder and it started lightnening? it lightinged? it started to lightning? Swinged? Swang? Swung? Haha! Anyways, back to the story. We saw lightning and decide we should seek shelter. So we are sitting under this pavillion with these other two people who were speaking a different language...and we were wet. But it was fun. Then the rain slowed down a bit and we were off biking again. But of course it started pouring again, now by this time Hannah and I were very, very wet. And our butts were getting wet from our tires...that was really annoying! And we were cold! But we kept going, we were having a good time! It stopped raining eventually, so that was good but we were still really cold and wet. Well finally we made it to story hill and walked out bikes up the hill...we were quite exhausted. It is somewhere around 8 miles from Hannah's house to school! That's a long way! So we made it up story and proceeded to Chipotle for lunch. Once we got there it was soo good to finally sit down and eat some food. But eating Chipotle and then riding a bike doesn't feel to good on you stomach. lol. After lunch we decided the we should start heading back to Hannah's but this time take Columbia road. Off we go again. We were starting to dry off a little bit now but we were really, really cold. So we thought maybe since Julie's house is on the way we could stop there and get some dry clothes. But Julie was at work and we didn't want to just steal her clothes without asking so we took a detour and stopped at Mitchell's to visit Julie and ask if we could borrow some clothes. She said it was fine so we set off to the Rasmussen household. But when we got there we weren't all that wet any more, just thirsty so we just got some water and were on our way again. Well, since it had rained a lot earlier there was a lot of puddles and mud so we went from being dry and clean to wet and cold back to dry and then to muddy and sore. By this time we were both really really sore and I think Hannah said it quite well with, "I wish I didn't have a butt!". Bicycle seats are NOT comfortable! Our legs were really sore too, but we kept going. And going. And it seemed like we were never going to make it back. Finally we were so tired and sore that decided to call Hannah's mom and she picked us up. So we put my bike into the car ( with our mad skill) and Hannah's dad rode Hannah's bike the rest of the way and Hannah took me home. Oh man, it felt so good to be in a car! We figured that by the time we were done biking we rode about 16 miles altogether...possibly more! It was a good time though. Lots of laughs. Good conversations. Rain. Mud. Being wacked in the face by tree branches. Falling off the sidewalk into the street. Almost running into a telephone pole. Almost running into eachother...you know all the stuff that comes along when you are riding your bike. Or maybe it's just me and Hannah! lol! Either way. It was a good time! :) Well, Alive is, you know, tomorrow and I'm still not packed! I better get on that I guess... Peace. | | |
| Alive is in like 2 days, and to be honest I'm not all that excited....I mean, well, I'm excited to hangout with people and stuff...maybe work on my tan, but I'm not all that excited about the bands and whatnot. I just don't know. But my little cousin, Alyssa is coming...well I guess she's not that little, she's like 13 or something, but that should be fun. And hopefully, I'll get to spend some good time with my mom...seeing as how I hardly ever see her anymore, well at least not with out Kyle around. Who knows, maybe my mom will be convicted or something and God will tell her that she needs to break up with Kyle...that would be amazing. But I'm definatly going to need some patience with my mom. She's not the same person as she was before...and I don't like the person she has become, so maybe if Kyle's not around for a few days I'll see a bit of the old her. My sister leaves for Arizona on thursday, I won't even be around to say goodbye. It's kind of sad that she's moving out there...although I have a feeling she wont be there too terribly long, but I'll miss her in the time being, she's pretty cool...in an odd sort of way...but she's my sister and I love her anyways. lol. I start my babysitting job next monday. I'll be working 4 days a week...about 30 hours... but I won't be making much money AT ALL! It kind of sucks, but I know God will take care of me. Ha but somebody stole my bike which was how I will be getting back and forth from this lady's house, since she lives pretty close...looks like I better find another bike, but that won't be too hard. I haven't told my mom yet...she'll be pretty pissed when she finds out...maybe I'll wait until after Alive to tell her...somehow I think it would be better. I should start packing for Alive tonight. Maybe for once in my life I'll have everything packed before the morning of!! Highly unlikely but it would be sweet anyways. Ok, peace. | | |
